Hospital Transport Options

Non-Emergency Patient Transport Services

The Sussex Non-Emergency Patient Transport Service (NEPTS) provides transport to and from hospitals for eligible patients with a medical need that means they are unable to use private or public transport.

To check whether you qualify or to arrange transport to an appointment please call 0300 123 9841.
More information is also available on South Central Ambulance Service’s website.

If You Do Not Qualify for NEPTS

If you are not eligible for NEPTS, there are also a number of community transport providers available (please be aware these may charge for their services).
