Where Is It

The Brighton Diagnostic and Treatment Centre is located within the American Express Community Stadium, to the north-east of Brighton near the University of Sussex campus. The stadium lies just south of the A27. Take exit B2123. Turn into Village Way, and take the 1st right where you will find a manned barrier. State you are attending an appointment at the Brighton Diagnostic and Treatment Centre and you will be directed to the car park.

The Brighton Diagnostic and Treatment Centre is located directly next to the east reception. Please look for our ‘Medical Imaging Partnership’ swing boards which are located at both ends of the east stand and directly outside the Centre.

Parking

There is a free parking available. However, due to building works the nearer car park is closed. There are currently no dedicated disabled spaces.

The Brighton Diagnostic and Treatment Centre is currently a 2-5 minute walk away on the East Stand, stadium maps will direct you towards the East Stand.

Mobility Access

There is ramped access into the stadium site as well as level access into the building and disabled toilets are available on site.

Please note the clinic does not have a car drop-off zone directly outside. Parking is also currently 2-5 minutes walk from the entrance.


If you are coming by bus, the number 25 is the only bus that stops close to the Gatehouse.

Public Transport

The Amex can be reached by train. Falmer Rail Station lies adjacent to the stadium. Trains from Brighton Rail Station take roughly 10 minutes, and from Lewes Station take roughly 5 minutes.

Once inside the stadium, walk towards the East Stand (purple section) where you will see the Brighton Diagnostic and Treatment Centre.

We can also be reached by bus. The 23, 25X, 50U, 28, 29, or 29B can be used to get to Falmer Station. From there follow the directions above.
You can also catch the 25 which stops at the Amex Stadium. From there cross the road and follow the fence on your left down the stairs/lift. When you reach ground level follow the stadium round to your right and you will find the centre’s entrance.
